Participation Consent and Agreement

I confirm that I have voluntarily decided to participate in the football coaching sessions provided by Jack Clubb Coaching (hereafter referred to as the "Coach"). I understand and agree to the following:

Participation Risks

I acknowledge that football is a physically demanding activity and carries a risk of injury, which may include, but is not limited to, sprains, strains, fractures, head injuries, and other bodily harm.

Medical Condition

I confirm that I am physically fit to take part in these sessions and do not suffer from any medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. I have provided the Coach with details of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may impact my participation.

Code of Conduct

I agree to abide by the rules and instructions provided by the Coach, both on and off the field. I understand that failure to follow instructions may result in removal from the session or program.

Release of Liability

I hereby release Jack Clubb Coaching, the Coach, and any affiliated parties from any and all liability arising out of my participation in the football coaching sessions, including injury, loss, or damages.

Cancellation and Refund Policy (see below)

I understand and agree to the cancellation and refund policy set forth by the Coach.

At Jack Clubb Coaching, we understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. To ensure that we can manage our coaching schedule effectively and provide the best experience for all our players, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellations by Clients:

  • Individual Coaching Sessions:
  • 24-hour Notice: Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled session will be fully refunded or rescheduled at no additional cost.
  • Less than 24-hour Notice:Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
  • Group Sessions (Camps, Small Groups or Team Training):
  • 24-hour Notice: Cancellations made with at least 72 hours' notice before the scheduled group session will be eligible for a full refund or a reschedule based on availability.
  • Less than 24-hour Notice:Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

2. No-Shows:

  • If a client does not show up for a scheduled session without any prior notice, the session will be charged in full, and no make-up session will be offered.

3. Cancellations by Jack Clubb Coaching:

  • In the event that Jack Clubb Coaching needs to cancel a session (e.g., due to bad weather, coach unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances), clients will receive the option to reschedule the session or receive a full refund.

4. Rescheduling:

  • Individual Sessions: Clients can reschedule a session free of charge if they notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Group Sessions: Rescheduling of group sessions will be subject to availability. Refunds will be offered if rescheduling is not possible.

5. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after confirmation of the cancellation request.
  • Refunds can be issued via the original payment method or as credit toward future sessions.

6. Emergency Situations:

  • We understand that emergencies can arise unexpectedly. If you need to cancel due to an emergency (medical issues, family emergencies, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible. We will handle these situations on a case-by-case basis to provide a fair resolution.

7. Bad Weather Policy:

  • In case of extreme weather conditions that make it unsafe to hold a session (e.g., thunderstorms, heavy rain, etc.), we will notify clients as early as possible. Sessions cancelled due to weather will be rescheduled or refunded.

8. Terms and Agreement:

  • By booking a session with Jack Clubb Coaching, clients agree to the terms of this cancellation policy. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated promptly to all clients.

Useful information - 


All sessions with be active and participants should come dressed appropriately. We also advise that participants take their own water bottle.


Footwear

Examples of most suitable footwear for venues we use –

60/40 AstroTurf Pitches – Football boot (moulded stud) and astroturf trainer

Indoor Games Halls – Indoor football trainers are the best option, normal sports trainers also okay

Grass pitches – Football boots (moulded and metal stud)
